RECEPTION

By signing the delivery note, the client accepts the product as delivered in good condition
and therefore no claim for damages suffered during shipping will be accepted.
It is your responsibility to check the condition of the parcel and its contents upon reception.
In the event of damages suffered during shipping, or missing goods, you must report them upon reception of the parcel, specify the relevant issues in writing on the shipping voucher,
and send confirmation to the carrier by registered mail within 48h.
In case of non conformity of the contents of the parcel with the order, you must send us your complaint at: customerservice@seaartgallery.com before any use of the products and no later than 8 days following reception.
Please remember that any exchange or refund may concern only new articles, that have not been worn, in their original packaging
