ONLINE ORDERS

To place an order, you will be asked to provide the necessary information for the confirmation of your caddy.
Your confirmation of the order signifies approval by you of the terms and conditions of sale.
The sale will be concluded when we receive confirmation of the payment for the order.
We will confirm your order and its contents immediately via e-mail and a tracking number will be communicated to you. This number will enable you to track your order at any time, by consulting your customer account (“ my orders “ ) on the site.

The recorded data in the site of Sea Art Gallery constitutes proof of the nature, of the contents and of the date of the order.
No unilateral cancellation of an order placed and confirmed will be accepted without agreement from Sea Art Gallery.
Sea Art Gallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom exists a dispute over a payment.

Prices

Prices may be displayed in the currency of your choice and your payment made accordingly.
Please note that, due to the daily fluctuations of exchange rates, prices that are shown in currencies other than euro and XPF ( french Pacific franc ) are subject to vary very slightly from day to day.
The price of an article indicated in the product page does not include the cost of shipping, which is added to the price of the article on completion of your order.
This cost depends on the weight of the order, the delivery address, and your choice of the carrier.

The price indicated at the confirmation of the order is the final price of the order.

All custom duties and import taxes owed upon receipt of the parcel will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser who should be able to ensure payment of these fees in accordance with current regulations.
Sea Art Gallery shall not be liable in case of non compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with your local custom agency the possibility of importing the products that you wish to order, especially regarding the materials of which the product is composed.
Sea Art Gallery reserves the right to change its product prices at any time without prior notice. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is validated by full payment.
The products remain the property of Sea Art Gallery until full payment.
