REFUND AND EXCHANGE


PRIOR TO sending any item back to us in view of exchange or refund, please contact us at: customerservice@seaartgallery.com
A return number will be communicated to you, which must appear on your return.

Our products are packaged according to existing standards to insure maximum protection during shipping. customers should meet these same standards when returning the products.

The following conditions apply, except preliminary agreement:

  • The item is returned at the sole wish of the customer: Sea Art Gallery will refund the price of the article. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The item is returned because of the liability of Sea Art Gallery: we will replace or refund the article, possible shipping and return costs at our charge.

Shipping fees will be refunded on the basis of standard rates on the day of the order, that is, the least expensive shipping rate.

Any exchange, replacement or refund can take place only after agreement on our part to proceed with the exchange or refund according to the terms defined below.

If an item that you have received do not meet your expectations, you may ask for a refund or exchange within 14 days following reception and send it back to us. The refund will be made within 14 days following reception and inspection of the article, except for the return costs which are the responsibility of the customer.

In case of a lower price, the difference will be credited to your account, unless otherwise agreed. In case of a higher price, the difference will be paid through your credit card or by points in your account, or you will be asked to pay the difference.
The shipment of your exchange will take place following reception and inspection of your return, confirmation of the reception of your payment of the difference in the case of a superior price, and payment of the fees for this new shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

Any exchange or refund may only concern new articles, that have not been worn, in their original packaging. Articles that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or with an odor will not be exchanged or refunded.

NOTE: Special orders are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Definition of "special order": items specially made or modified according to the desiderata of the customer, differing from current options offered on the site.
No return with collect charges on delivery will be accepted.

In the event of abnormal or excessive returns, Sea Art Gallery reserves the right to refuse any subsequent order.

In any case, any exchange or refund may take place only following agreement on our part to proceed with the exchange or refund and is dependent upon the result of the inspection by us of the returned article.
NOTE: Sea Art Gallery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of a parcel returned in view of refund or exchange. It will belong to the sender to place a claim with the carrier or postal service.
We advise you to keep all documents relative to the sending of your parcel, and choose a kind of shipping that allows tracking of the operation.
